Saturday Training

FROM A FIGHTING STANCE  (stay on the balls of your feet, bounce like fighting)

___ skip-in side kick, spin thrust kick, backhand, reverse punch. 10 times

___ skip-in backhand, front roundhouse kick, backhand, reverse punch. 10 times each side

___ backhand, reverse punch, roundhouse kick, backhand, reverse punch. 10 times

FROM A FRONT STANCE

___ front snap kick, low block, straight punch (in place). 10 times over each leg

___ low block, palm heel. 10 times moving forward and back

___ upper block, straight punch(in place). 10 times over each leg

___ inside middle block,straight punch,ridgehand strike, front snap kick in place. 10 times over each leg
