FROM A FRONT STANCE

___ straight punches (20)

___palm-heel strikes (20)

___ridge hand strikes (20)

___double straight punch (20)

___ triple straight punch (20)

STANDING IN PLACE

___ front kick (20)

___ side kick (20)

___ back kick (20)

 

BLACK BELT CLUB

FROM A FRONT STANCE

___ low block, straight punch (in place). 10 times over each leg

___ front snap kick, low block, palm heel strike, moving forward. 5 times

___ front snap kick, upper block, palm heel, moving forward. 10 times

___ inside middle block , straight punch, ridgehand strike. 10 times

 

FROM A FIGHTING STANCE   

___ skip-in side kick, backhand, reverse punch. 10 times each side

___ spin thrust kick, backhand, reverse punch. 10 times

___ skip-in front roundhouse kick, side kick(without setting down), backhand, reverse punch. 10 times each side

___ skip-in front roundhouse kick, spin thrust kick, backhand, reverse punch, low/high. 10 times
