Warm up:

___High Knees 30 sec

___50 squats

___ stretch legs 

___100 Kicks standing in place (any kicks)

___ Stretch Legs

 

Young Masters

FROM A FRONT STANCE

___ low block,  10 times moving forward and back

___ front snap kick, 10 times moving forward and back

___ inside middle block, straight punch  (in place). 10 times 

___ outside middle block, straight punch, times moving forward and back

FROM A READY POSITION

___ front snap kick. 10 times each leg

___ back kick. 10 times each leg

___ side kick. 10 times each leg

 

Black Belt Club

FROM A FIGHTING STANCE

___ spin thrust kick, skip-in backhand, side kick, backhand, reverse punch, hammerfist. 10 times

___ skip-in side kick, spin thrust kick, backhand, reverse punch, skip-back side kick. 10 times

___ skip-in backhand, front roundhouse kick, backhand, reverse punch, back fist strike. 5 times each side

___ roundhouse kick, skip-in side kick, backhand, reverse punch, skip back side kick. 10 times

___ jab-step, double roundhouse kick(2 kicks without setting down), knifehand, skip back side kick. 10 times

Stretch legs for 5 minutes.
